ROGERSVILLE, AL — On November 2, the town of Rogersville stayed dry by one vote. However, Mayor Richard Herston says not so fast. He says he has received credible information that two people who voted in the election lived outside the town limits.
Herston says he has the support of the town council in this matter. Herston said upon further investigation, he had no choice but to contest the election.
