As some of you may know, I quit taking my vitamins a while ago. I just woke up one morning and basically decided I didn’t need them anymore. Well, now I need them. I haven’t taken them for a few months, so my levels were already low. Factor in that I take Seasonale, and that drops them some. Now, with Colestid, they’ve fallen even further. And what happens to me now? My body has been drained of vitamins. I feel like I’ve been disgustingly and deadly sick for weeks. My body aches all over. So, what is the solution? Take my vitamins! But I have to take them 4-6 hours after I take the Colestid to make sure that it doesn’t counteract the effects.
If my mom hadn’t made me eat some REAL lunch yesterday, I would have had 5-7 total grams of fat for the entire day yesterday. That’s three slices of bread (2 for breakfast, 1 with my Depakote), 1 bowl of cereal, and 1 bowl of angel hair spaghetti with sauce. I actually rather enjoy just eating bread and cereal, but my mom doesn’t think it’s all that good for me, which is true. I just don’t want to eat anything else. I feel like if I eat something with too much fat in it, I’ll be sick for weeks.
