I went to the library today to research for Secret Sins. I found 1 paragraph about self-mutilation. 1 PARAGRAPH!!! That’s in the whole library!!! It majorly sucked.
The news just showed something on abortion doctors being killed. I don’t understand how anyone could think that it’s a good thing to kill an abortion doctor. I understand that some people consider abortion to be murder, but just because you consider that doctor to be a murderer doesn’t mean that you have the right to become a murderer yourself. When someone kills the doctor, they are committing a crime. Abortion is no crime. If those people really believe in what they say they believe, they wouldn’t do it.
I’m exhausted. I’m really bored. I’m on day 2 and 1/2 of my newer diet. I can’t walk this weekend and on Monday until after I find out if my foot is really broken. If it is, no walking. If it isn’t, I guess I’ll be walking again.

I may get the chance to talk about self-mutilation to a reporter from a local news station. This is really cool. I wrote the station feedback about how they should do a story on self-mutilation and then, one of the reporters wrote me an e-mail back saying she’d be interested in doing it. This so rocks.
Oh, and Elijah got home at like 10 last night. Well, his plane touched down then. We didn’t get home until 11. Anyways, he was wiped out and still kind of is. He seems to be a good bit calmer.

This week’s topic: “What do you believe makes a person wise? Is there anyone in your life that you consider to be a wise person, or has there been in the past?”
I think time and experience ~mainly experience~ makes a person wise. Someone can be very young and be wise about life. I’ve known many people who were quite young yet they were very wise. (I guess that’s where “wise beyond their years” comes in) My former foster sister, Steph, was a pretty wise girl. She always knew things that people shouldn’t have known at her age. My mom is wise. She’s been through a lot. The bussers (an online list for SIers) are all wise. I mean, there are tons of people in this world who are wise.

Last night, I dreamed that Stephanie moved back in with us. And I was waiting on her to get out of the bathroom. When she got out, I saw where she had (from what I’ve heard) carved “love” into her skin. I saw it and gave her a hug. I don’t know what it’s supposed to mean. Anyone want to interpret it?
